The Karaca Ice & Hot Serving Bowl keeps food at the temperature you served it, using a water chamber in the base rather than batteries or a plug.

How the water chamber works

The base holds a 0.9 litre water chamber that you fill according to what you are serving:

• Cold servings: fill the chamber from the tap and put it in the freezer. Once frozen, it keeps the contents of the bowl cold for hours.
• Hot servings: fill the chamber with hot water to keep dishes warm at the table.

Generous 2.5 litre bowl

The upper section holds 2.5 litres, which is enough for salad, meze, dessert or soup for a full table. Silicone stoppers seal the chamber for safe, leak-free handling.
