Care & use
- Preheat for 10 minutes with the lid closed on setting 4.
- Sprinkle cornmeal (not flour) on the stone before baking.
- Let it cool and unplug before cleaning.
- Clean the stone with a damp cloth only – no detergent, never cold water while hot.
